XCOM 2 has up to 38 Dark Events with XCOM 2: War of the Chosen which make every play-thought pretty unique. Commander manages global pool of soldiers, their loadouts, weapon upgrades, Personal Combat Sims in the Armory. XCOM unlock 52 Research Projects, weapons, weapon upgrades, armour, utility items which are useful in a shooter, or make progress in the single player campaign. XCOM 2: War of the Chosen has randomized SITREPs. Unit movement is limited in the game and is based on tiles. Some shots depend on random numbers, especially at the beginning of the single player campaign. The environment can provide cover or be destroyed with weapons or fires.
